Consultants to Plan Capacity Development for Morocco’s MOE
USAID and the Millennium Challenge Corporation are planning a very major effort to improve the quality of education for Morocco’s children. And IBTCI, International Business & Technical Consultants, Inc., is planning to respond to an anticipated limited source solicitation by USAID/Morocco to develop plans and strategies to improve the capacity of Morocco’s Ministry of National Education and Vocational Training (MOE) to address issues of curriculum, access, and educational administration.
IBTCI is seeking consultants to provide technical assistance in performance and capacity development as they relate to the following areas:
● Curriculum design (USAID)
● Textbooks and learning materials development (USAID)
● Extracurricular activities (USAID)
● Remedial education (USAID)
● Gender-responsive programming (USAID and MCC)
● Examinations and evaluations (USAID and MCC)
● Regionalization/decentralization (USAID and MCC)
● School-based management (MCC)
● TVET (MCC)
And gender equity will be a critical component of the work.
For this position, you will need an advanced degree and competence in at least two of Arabic, French, and/or English.
The project is expected to begin in March 2016 and to have an 18-month period of performance, although assignments will be intermittent.
