Intended Subcontract Type: IDIQ Subcontract with FFP Task Orders. Subject: RFP-21-IBTCI-002 for Third Party Monitoring Services in Libya
International Business & Technical Consultants, Inc., IBTCI, is pleased to issue this competitive request for proposal for third party monitoring services in Libya.
This requirement will be supporting a USAID prime contract for the Monitoring & Evaluation for Tunisia & Libya (METAL) Project. IBTCI, at its sole discretion, intends to award multiple IDIQ subcontracts with Firm Fixed Price (FFP) type task orders under the above-mentioned Prime contract based on the Statement of Work, but reserves the right to not make an award.

IBTCI requires all proposals to be submitted in writing in English. Proposals should have a signed cover letter with a statement that the terms and conditions of this RFP are accepted. The subject line of the email must be: Proposal for RFP-12-IBTCI-002 “METAL”. The proposal must include the following:
Technical Proposal
Cost Proposal
Copy of Certificate of Incorporation, Corporate Business Registrations, Operating License in Libya, Tax ID Registration, and registration number with the Ministry of Finance.
