PROJECT SUMMARY

IBTCI is currently seeking an Assistant Team Leader for an anticipated monitoring and evaluation project in Haiti, funded by USAID

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum qualifications include:

· Advance degree (Master or above) or equivalent in development economics related field

· At least five years of experience in leading and conducting data collection and evaluation work

· Experience with both qualitative and quantitative evaluation methodologies;

· Experience performing data collection and analysis;

· Demonstrated experience with and understanding of monitoring and evaluation of the financial sector;

· Familiarity with USAID;

· Fluency in Haitian Creole and French, English preferred

  • Haitian citizenship required.
