Position Summary
IBTCI is seeking a short-term Evaluator/Team Leader for an evaulation of a USAID funded project in Yemen, with a focus on youth.
Qualifications
Successful candidates will have:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience leading evaluation teams and conducting evaluations of complex multi-year programs including at least 5 years of experience working in an international development context. The evaluation experience must have included work across a number of sectors, including youth programs.
- Leadership experience over rigorous impact evaluation methods and/or other mixed evaluation methods.
- Ability to work with multiple implementing partners, including capacity development of local partner research organizations, and/or experience interacting with host country governments and NGOs.
- Demonstrated leadership and strong interpersonal skills
- Strong writing and oral presentation skills
- Familiarity with policies and procedures relating to U.S. government funding.
- A Master's degree or higher in a relevant social science.
